Best SPIRITUAL Medium in Britain Awards

Voted Runner-up in the Best Medium in Britain category at the Spiritual Connextions Awards; held in Portsmouth Guildhall over the week-end of September 5th & 6th 2008, I was honoured & privileged to be invited to take part in this prestigious competition, competing in the Open Platform Competition to find the Best Medium in Britain.

Out of the 360 initial entrants in this category alone, with over 1600 entering all the competitions, I completed the qualifying heats to become the only female in the final; the judges were: Tony Stockwell - The Street Psychic, Steven Upton - Minister of the SNU, Richard Blair - Owner of Spiritual Connextions and Katy Evans - Editor of Soul & Spirit magazine.

This was a remarkable event in the fact that it was an X-Factor style contest and we were tested in front of a panel of authorative judges. Unlike other awards which are based on the amount of on-line votes received, this was a full blown competition to test the skill and ability of the participants who were competing against each other. It was a very nail-biting affair, with the judges scoring the competitors aptitude and capability, as well as assessing them across a wide range of expertise and proficiency.

 
Open Platform

Following the mediumship competition of the final, the judges checked the exactness of the information that the mediums relayed; the message recipients were also asked to give their opinions to the relevance of the information. It was confirmed that I achieved an accuracy rate of well over 90%.

After reviewing the results from the judges, the final scoring across all categories was announced; I was then elated and honoured to be runner-up to the two joint winners of the Best Medium in Britain category.

The weekend was a great success; I was delighted to take part in such an event as it helped to promote the highest quality of demonstrating spirit communication. The camaraderie of the weekend saw new friendships flourish and the rekindling of old acquaintances. The accompanying spiritual fayre was also deemed a great success with exhibitors attending from across the UK

This prestigious event has the potential to be the building blocks of a new spiritual community, which has the promise to educate the general public about spiritualism and spirituality.

I am a member of the SNU; I am available for clairvoyant demonstrations and divine service & talks. I work at both SNU and non SNU churches and centre's, non spiritual organisations, plus TV & radio throughout the UK.
